These Ice Cream Cone cookies were fun to decorate. I used my kids favorites as my inspiration. Green icing with chocolate sprinkles for Mint Chocolate Chip and Pink with Rainbow Sprinkles. I liked adding the unexpected element too with the "Pecan Praline" cookies. Yumm!
